Return Policy

This policy governs the cancellation, return, and refund process for products and services purchased through our platform, in compliance with Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the product.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Products purchased on sale or clearance may be excluded from returns unless they are defective or damaged.
• Certain categories such as perishable goods, personalized items, or hygienic products may be exempt from return, as indicated at the time of purchase.
• In case of receipt of damaged, defective, or wrong items, please report to our customer support within 7 days of delivery for return or replacement. The issue will be verified with the seller/merchant before approving the request.
